While this addressed the how, it missed the deeper why for the Indian homeowner. For a service that transforms a physical, permanent space, convenience wasn’t the primary driver; certainty was.
The Insight
Deep-diving into consumer behaviour revealed a common fear: making a significant investment for results that are short-lived. Indian consumers weren’t just looking for a beautiful 3D render; they were looking for a home that would withstand the test of time and daily life. We realized that while we were selling a process, the customer was buying peace of mind.
