For in-store communication, the key insight was that customers entering the space are already in an evaluation mindset. The communication therefore focused on going deeper into product details (materials, finishes, dimensions, and craftsmanship) to support informed decision-making at the point of purchase. At the same time, the store environment served as a powerful brand touchpoint.
